Description:
SOLD This M70 6.5 x 55 is certainly one of Dan Calkins' finest stock jobs. The Exhibition English walnut ain't too bad either. The barrel is an Apex Imperial at 24" to squeeze the most out this terrific old cartridge. The metal work was blued by George Komadina with his famous deep luster black. Then to add that extra touch of class, Dan included a skeleton grip cap and skeleton butt plate with ribbon fleur-de-lis checkering complete with lightning bolt ribbons.
The whole rifle begs to be taken into the field although, as of now, it remains in "as new" condition.
