***SOLD*** Very nice used but not abused 3rd generation Colt SAA revolver in Nickel finish, in the rare 38-40 win. caliber, with the desirable 4 3/4" barrel. Beautiful original grips!
This gun was made exclusively by the Colt Custom Shop upon special request (as the other vintage calibers 44-40, 32-20, 25-20). It was made in 1996. As the pictures clearly show, it is in very good condition (90% plus according to our assessment), with very slight visible turn line in cylinder The chambers and bore are fantastic! It comes with all original paper work, blue custom shop box and white sleeve matched to the gun! There a few very light and small handling marks on th left and right side of reviver, that we did the best to show in the pictures, but they don't take away at all from the overall condition of the gun. The action and detail on these Custom Shop production guns are superb. This gun has the four distinctive clicks and a super smooth action, with a very crisp trigger. Definitely the product of Colt's custom hand fitting process!
This would be a great investment piece in any collection!
