This is evident in our development of technology necessary to produce rifle parts from our benchmark design and engineering specifications which surpass industry standards. The Jarrett Signature Rifle epitomizes that pursuit, and is truly a product of American ingenuity.
Jarrett makes every part of the Signature: the barrel, Tri-Lock receiver and stock. It is through the creative hands and minds of our skilled manufacturing team that the latest technology pays its dividends:
Specifically, the barrel has a 1/10th of 1/1000th deviation standard from breech to muzzle. When this kind of precision is attained, great things happen in accuracy! (The industry standard for deviation in benchrest barrels is 3/10th of 1/1000th .) In factory barrels, deviation is often 5/10ths of 1/1000th!
The Jarrett Tri-Lock receiver is the second precision component of the Signature. The action is made of space age materials, including the receiver body in 15-5 stainless. Using state-of-the-art CNC and EDM equipment, the machining of the Tri-Lock is stress free. Its three lug feature unilaterally supports the case head. A bolt bushing adds to the Tri-Lock’s concentric alignment and seals the action during firing. These features translate into super quick lock time, minimizing aim drift during firing.
Metal surfaces are finished in Jarrett’s weather resistant phenolic resin treatment, and stocks finishes may be chosen from an array of colors to suit various environments. The standard Signature comes in our fiberglass stock.
Our accuracy guarantee is 1/2 M.O.A. at 100 yards on all .30 caliber or smaller chamberings, while everything above .30 caliber is 7/10ths or better. The scope and mount choices for your rifle relate directly to its accuracy. For rings and bases, we’ve selected Talley Manufacturing, the best in the business and available in a standard clamping screw.
