Description:
This six-shot double action revolver is a Smith & Wesson Model 29-2 chambered in .44 Magnum. The Model 29-2 is a "pinned and recessed" revolver. "Pinned" means that the barrel is screwed in, and secured by a pin driven through the frame and a notch in the barrel. "Recessed" denotes the rear of the bored cylinder holes being countersunk, so that, when loaded, the cartridge rims are fully enclosed by the cylinder. This is an N-prefix model. This revolver is in very good condition overall, furniture and metal. It comes with the original wood display case. .44 Magnum
