These carbines were made for The Sharps Rifle Manufacturing Co. by Robbins & Lawrence of Windsor, Vermont. The Carbine has fine untouched metal with all its correct markings. It has nice edges and a wonderful dark and natural chocolate brown patina throughout it. The wood on the gun is fine throughout with crisp edges. All of the brass hardware is excellent with a wonderful mellow untouched color to it. The carbine has a fine bore and action.
