Chambered in 9mm and 45 ACP and modeled after the M1911 it features an upswept beavertail grip safety an enhanced hammer and a 3-holed aluminum trigger. It also offers a lowered and flared ejection port and Novak sights. The Colt Defender is a suitable option for concealed carry.
