Howa 1500 Hogue bolt-action rifle in .22-250 Remington. 22" Cold hammer-forged steel standard barrel (not the heavy). Threaded 1/2-28 w/ cap. Hogue pillar-bedded Overmolded stock and recoil pad. Forged 1-piece bolt with 2 locking lugs. Two-stage HACT trigger. 5+1 capacity with drop-out floor plate. 3-position safety. Sling studs.
This is an excellent choice for a light game or varmint rifle with Howa's legendary accuracy. This rifle will perform well above it's price-point.
