Description: Native American Cheyenne Indian made turtle/lizard fetish. Piece is an amphibious reptilian shape, with long legs of lizard and short torso of turtle. Made of hide with patterned beadwork of various colors, including pink, indigo, sky blue, yellow, white, and red eyes and edging. Back or "shell" has checkerboard style design and legs featuring striping. Has fringed hide "feet." Well beaded and maintained piece that is in great condition, aside from slight cracking and wear on underside or belly.
