Description:
Ruger M77 in .220 Swift. This is a very nice bolt-action, magazine-fed, Mauser style action rifle. The action is mated to a heavy varmint barrel and in set in a checkered walnut stock. The metal finish is excellent, and the stock is in very good condition with minor handling marks. Manufactured in 1984. The .220 Swift was developed and introduced in 1935 for small game and varmint hunting. It was the first factory-loaded rifle cartridge with a muzzle velocity of over 4,000 feet per second. This rifle has a Lyman 25 power LWBR Precision Benchrest scope with lens covers. .220 Swift
