SN: 114183. Civil war era Colt percussion revolver with 7.5"" octagonal barrel, made in 1861. The bore is in good condition. All serials are matching including the wedge and the loading lever. The cylinder scene is lightly visible with some wear from age. Directly above the the left side of the wedge there is an area of pitting. The grips are walnut and are very good plus with some wear on the bottom. There is no U.S. inspector marking. A very good example of a Civil War era private purchase.
