Description:
This Revolver is manufacture between 1957 and 61 and is a Model 29 chambered in .44 Magnum with a 6.5 inch barrel and factory bright blue finish. This early four screw revolver features a target trigger, target hammer, and target grips. Also included is its original black box with the cleaning tools. The original finish still retains all of its deep dark shine throughout. The color casing on the hammer and trigger are very strong. The matte finish on the top strap is in perfect condition. There is just a small amount of silvering at the muzzle and a light mark by one of the frame screws. Outside of that it only shows the very slightest of superficial handling and overall the finish rates 95%+. The cylinder face, recoil shield, and forcing cone are very clean. The action is crisp, the lock up is tight, and the bore is bright and shiny with strong lands and grooves. Overall this is a very nice and complete package. THe Box showes wear on the corners and the left hinge has become detached. le linning has a few tears from the pistol sights.
