EARLY WW2 GERMAN MAUSER K98K 8MM J. P. SAUER PRODUCTION CE/41 INFANTRY CARBINE. Matching receiver and barrel serial numbers in the 7xx range. Bolt and floorplate and bands not matching originals. Band spring missing otherwise complete. Excellent markings with crisp “EAGLE/SWASTIKA” on left side of barrel and receiver. Nazi Ordnance Waffenampts profusely stamped on top of barrel at breech and on right side of receiver as well. Receiver stamped “CE/41. Very good overall as post war arsenal refinish. Stock good with the original worn finish and wartime arsenal repair on underside of forend. Butt plate with old storage rust. 1970’s era import stamp on barrel. Working order and very good bore. Original early circa 1941 WW2 K98K.
