Description:
This is a nice Browning Superposed 12 gauge shotgun that was manufactured in 1957. It is in great shape overall with a modern recoil pad. The Browning Superposed over and under shotgun is one of the all-time classics with a superb reputation for reliability and class. Manufactured in Belgium for Browning, it has been a popular gun with American shooters and hunters since it first arrived in the States prior to WW2. Today the Superposed models remain sought-after by shooters, hunters, and collectors. This 12 gauge example has a nice blue finish with 28" inch solid rib barrel updated to removable chokes, 3" chamber, a single selectable trigger, automatic ejectors, and a checkered straight European Walnut stock set. The bores in both barrels are mirror-bright and pristine with no pitting, dents, bulges, or imperfections of any kind. The stock set is in good overall shape but has been refinished. The checkered panels on the stock and forearm are still in great shape and clean without any oil soiling. The recoil pad is a Pachmayr pad with a black spacer. 12 Gauge
