WW2 German 98k Mauser bolt action Service Rifle. Receiver Crest marked dot 1944. Manufactured at Waffen Werke Brunn in 1944. Serial number 1844. Caliber 8MM Mauser. 24" Barrel. 13" length of pull to cupped butt plate. Original laminated stock with matching handguard. Rear sight graduated to 2000 Meters. Receiver top, barrel and stock marked with an Arabic letter in triangle, indicating service in the Iraqi Rebublican Guard after WW2. Fine overall condition(See detailed photos).
