Description:
Built by John Moses Browning in Ogden, Utah. Gun has no exterior markings. Under the forearm is a serialization number "3". Gun features a folding tang sight. Barrel sight has a plug. Wind-gauge globe front sight. 30 inch medium weight barrel. Checkered deluxe pistol grip stocks with a cheek piece and Helm style Schuetzen buttplate. There is an old repair at the toe. Overall metal is a gunmetal grey with traces of blue. This is the heavy octagon style frame with the step down at the frame/ barrel joint. Very rare interesting Browning Brothers Schuetzen rifle.
