Underwood M1 Carbine. 18 inch barrel with bright strong riled bore, end of the barrel marked 'Underwood 1-44 flaming bomb', "Us Carbine Cal .30 M1" marked on top of receiver, serial number marked to breech "2392872", great full walnut stock, steel recoil plate, fixed winged front sight and M2-style ladder rear sight, push button safety, mag release arm is not extended for the M2 30 rd magazine. The bolt is the flat top style. This carbine is really great condition for a surplus rifle. .30 Carbine
