This is an original Springfield M1 Garand in Military surplus WW II dated in "turn in condition" It has had a light cleaning and basic inspection for proper functioning. Bore is bright with a few Dark spots that may be able to be cleaned up. It was manufactured between May and June of 1945 (according to the research of Scott A Duff). Own a pice of history. These rifles are getting harder and harder to get as the stock of them are drying up.
Only fire with 30-06 Rounds designed for the M1 Garand. Do not fire modern 30-06 loads.
