This is the rarest style of ANY Model 70 ever produced, with a total of only 930 made in 4 cataloged calibers. This is the .270 Win. which accounted for 248 of that total. This amazing rifle has all the right "stuff" and is guaranteed to be 100% genuine in every regard. S/N 476*** with matching number correctly scribed over the factory jeweling on bolt body. 99% original condition throughout, including the fragile aluminum components of floor plate and trigger guard. The aluminum butt plate shows a bit more thinning to the anodized surface. Correct and original underbarrel stampings, 22" rust blued barrel, jeweled action components, Redfield 254 front sight, etc. A fabulous rifle worthy of any advanced Model 70 collection!
