**SOLD** Here we have an honest and true J. Stevens Offhand Model 35 Target pistol chambered in .22 long rifle. The Stevens Model 35 pistol is still a solid target shooter and small game getter. The Model 35 was made by J. Stevens between 1907 and 1939 in Chicopee Falls, Mass.. This beautiful gun has worn to a warmish grey patina over the years and is in excellent condition. There are a few marks on the receiver on both sides of the gun. The 6" barrel has a shiney bore and good rifling. The rear sight is a “U” notched semi-buckhorn elevator sight dovetailed into the barrel. The front sight is a beaded blade dovetailed in the barrel. The wood grip panels are in excellent condition with no dents or chips and a vintage "SYKES DRUG" price sticker on the left grip. The break action locks up tight and the trigger locks solidly in the partial and full cocked positions. If this gun could talk and tell it's history it would likely be very adventurous and eventful. A wonderful addition to a collection or a great beginning to a new one.
