Description:
The Remington® 783™ is a highly functional, accurate and reliable bolt-action rifle, available to shooters at a very affordable price. This 783 model comes with a 3–9x40mm scope. The ergonomic, black synthetic stock contains a high nylon fiber content for strength and rigidity. Both the trigger guard and front and rear sling swivel studs are molded into the stock. The barreled receiver attaches to the stock with a dual-pillar bedding platform that free-floats the barrel for optimum accuracy. A SuperCell recoil pad comes on the 783. The bolt has dual, opposing locking lugs, with a 90-degree lift, and a sliding plate-style extractor. The 783 Bolt-Action Rifle comes with a 2-position thumb safety, and the Remington CrossFire™ trigger system, featuring a center lever that locks the trigger until it is fully depressed. The trigger is user adjustable. The rifle loads and unloads quickly with a detachable steel magazine that fits flush with the stock. Manufactured 2015. .308 Winchester
