Description:
Serial #182414, .32 S&W, 6" barrel with a fair bore that has moderate freckling and pitting along its length. This is a rare, long-barreled revolver that has matching numbers on the frame, barrel, cylinder, latch, and extractor, with the metal retaining 90-92% of the original nickel finish that has some scattered spots of plum-brown pitting, mostly along the right side of the barrel, with some mild surface freckling and scratches on the right side of the frame. The sideplate has a previous owner’s initials engraved in the center: "W.L.S." The latch and trigger guard have retained a commensurate amount of the original blue while the trigger still has bright color case-hardening remaining. The revolver has S&W mother-of-pearl grips installed that are in excellent shape, having almost no handling marks or blemishes, and an excellent fit to the metal. The lock-up is tight, with practically no lateral play in the barrel, and the revolver rates very good plus condition overall. FFL or C&R
