Description:
Boxlocks - This little 20g. features the makers name in gold and with little else in ornamentation. This was more often done by Westley Richards which called this style "Gold Name" guns. While on the plain side this little 20g. has some higher grade features such as the Purdey hidden third bite extension and fancy heel and toe clips with a checkered butt. These are not often seen on boxlocks as they are much more work to produce and fit.
*Note the modern dimensions. For a longer LOP a pad could be added to bring the LOP to near 15".
