Description:
This Winchester Model 70 Safari Express length action was manufactured in 1952 by the serial number. The rifle originally chambered in .375 H&H Magnum has been re-chambered for .375 Weatherby Magnum. The blued 25" barrel has a shiny bore, strong rifling, has been threaded for the attached muzzle brake, and is drilled and tapped for rear sight. The action is mounted with a PECAR - BERLIN 6X59 rifle scope and has a hinged floor plate. The beautiful smooth walnut thumbhole grip stock is showing light to moderate use, has an LOP of 13 7/8", sling studs, and a Pachmayr Presentation Model recoil pad. Great rifle for your next outing!
