Here we have an original finish, nice, early Saginaw S'G' 1943 era M1 carbine. No reproduction parts. No pitting and no corrosion. No import marks. No repairs or cracks in the stock. Receiver has NOT been staked for an adjustable sight. There are ONLY type 1 barrel band marks on the barrel and stock. See data sheet for complete details. This carbine appears to be all correct with original finish and patina. M.W. 1.75. Nice bore. Feel free to email with questions and/or additional pictures. Ships from my FFL to your FFL or C&R.
