Nice BIG BORE Contemporary Pistol
Here we present an Hy Hunter of Hollywood Buccaneer-Pirate Style Flintlock Pistol , made circa the 1960s in West Germany. This was a 20th Century copy of the type of pistol that began shortly after the time that the U.S. became its own independent country. This pistol features a 10-1/4 inch barrel lots of brass for support. This would be a fun one to impress your friends with, as it looks as though its 200 years old.
The left side of the barrel is marked “HY HUNTER / HOLLYWOOD / CALIFORNIA / Buccaneer Modell”.
The overall condition is good+. This 50+ year old flintlock is beginning to look old. The action is excellent. The bore is smooth and in good shape. The walnut stock is solid. This this is huge and a chunk!
This is sold as an Antique firearm.
