A Very Rare & Early Civil War Percussion Colt Model 1849 Pocket Revolver With A 3 Inch Barrel And Loading Lever In Nice Untouched Condition. Serial #188,898 all matching numbers. All original & complete. Made in 1861. The revolver has nice metal, markings and edges. It has a nice complete cylinder scene on it. All of the metal on the revolver has a very even and untouched natural dark patina throughout it.The brass trigger guard is also untouched and shows some original silver on it. All screws are nice. The factory grips are fine and retain most of their original varnish on them. The gun has a tight action and good bore. This Is A Nice All Original Example Of A Very Rare 3 Inch Barrel Variation Of A Civil War Percussion Model 1849 Pocket Revolver.
