We normally ship USPS Priority Mail which should be 2-day ship. Shipping is actual cost with a minimum of $30.00 for pistols and $50.00 for rifles/shotguns to ship to most of the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska may require an extra fee. Shipping insurance is available upon request for an extra fee. We cannot do international sales. As of November 2019, we no longer ship guns to California and Hawaii.

V. Bernardelli was once a well-known manufacturer of fine SxS shotguns. The Hemingway Model was built for Cabela’s and featured blued barrels with a solid rib, dual triggers, tang mounted safety/barrel selector, ejectors, a case color hardened receiver, and deluxe walnut stock and fore end. The Hemingway used the classic box-lock action which is much simpler and more reliable than the older side-lock actions found most often on older shotguns with external hammers. In this case, the left-hand barrel has an Improved Modified (++) choke while the right-hand barrel has an Improved Cylinder choke (++++). Chambers are built for use with 2-3/4” shells only. Overall, the Hemingway is in overall excellent shape, but exhibits some wear, mainly with respect to the exterior surface of the barrels. They exhibit light pitting in certain spots, but retain the majority of their bluing. The bores themselves are nearly pristine with no rust or pitting present. The receiver retains most of its beautiful color case hardening. The wood furniture is a nice checkered walnut which exhibits little wear. The Hemingway is suitable for use against upland game, i.e. grouse, quail, etc. There is no box.
