Contrary to the photos showing a magazine, this rifle will not be shipped to the buyer with a magazine. This rifle is in very good condition with only one rub under the FSB where a sidewinder aftermarket sling swivel was at one time present, but has since been removed, in addition to a rub at the very rear of the rail. I replaced the charging handle because it was an extension to the release lever aftermarket type that was just plain stone ugly, but it was also probably the culprit in the rub to the rail. The M4 stock is Colt from a well known and respected purveyor of Colt parts that I used to replace the Magpul STR that was on it. Please see photos for condition and feel free to ask questions.
