Description:
This Russian Model SKS is a right hand semi-auto rifle in 7.62x39mm Cal. It has a 20 barrel with a hooded front post sight and a tangent notch rear sight graduated from 100 to 1000 meters. The action is a short stroke, gas piston, tilting bolt self loading. The butt stock is a smooth grip hardwood round knob pistol grip. The forearm is a smooth grip two piece hardwood with finger grooves. S/N BB5501 is a match. On top of the receiver is a star with an arrow in it and 1951r. 7.62x39mm
