Description:
Marked on top of the lid is "A T Gomme" I believe. The case is in nice condition with dark blue velveteen lining. Pistol is in nice condition with a single line New Haven address. Sharp corners. Barrel retains a good amount of original brown. The frame is silver plated and retains a good amount of that finish. The ivory grips are very nice as well. Action is good. The case holds a scrimshaw ivory canister with a rocket ball. Also includes an Elgin pocket watch and bullet mold. Case shows some wear. This is the first rocketball cartridge I have ever had. They are nearly non-existent. This will fill a void in someone's Winchester Collection.
