On Hold Sale Pending. Interesting old percussion Arabic or North African camel gun. I have read these were made from captured or purchased British arms. The Functioning lock is marked Enfield dated 1860. The approximately 58 caliber barrel has numerous British proof marks (see photo 15). The trigger gaurd is also from a British gun probably a P53. The 39" barrel is held to the full Dark wood stock by 4 brass bands. The stock is very good but has a 2" crack near the top lock screw. A interesting old gun that had a previous military history before being rebuilt as a camel gun. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
