Description:
Real nice figure with the blonde walnut stock, retains most all the factory finish both wood and metal. No modifications. This is the standard winchoke mod. tube in the gun and it came out easily with no damage to the threads, uses the standard Winchoke spanner wrench and tubes, last time i looked there are a lot of them around. Bore is bright and shiny with no damage. Chambered to 2 3/4 and 3" magnum shells, both lead and steel. Weight is 7 3/4# as pictured. LOP is 14" with the Weatherby factory pad. Barrel address is Southgate, Ca and made in Japan. Very pretty gun and in super condition, it was cleaned and oiled, shows very little wear anywhere, action is smooth as can be. Wood of this quality is extremely expensive today and difficult to find with this much figure, checkering is hand cut and is nicely done, rosewood grip cap with the Weatherby white diamond.
