Description:
Vintage Winchester Model 21 "DUCK" 12 Gauge with 30" barrels in excellent plus condition from 1951-952. Gun appears to be all original finish and blue with all matching serial #262XX's. The gun has original solid rib, metal bead front and middle sights, 2 3/4" & 3" chamber, pistol grip, beavertail forearm, high figure wood, auto safety, ejectors, and barrel selector. Barrels are marked Full / Full and but measure Right .711 and Left .702 which would be more modified and light full. Stock dimensions are 2 1/2" at the heel, 1 5/8" at comb and 14 1/4" LOP. The stock has had a professionally added Packmyr Decelerator sporting pad and spacers to bring the stock to a more modern shootable length of pull. The gun weighs 7 lbs 13 ozs. The guns condition is just excellent for its age. There are some handling marks on the stock but forearm is near perfect. The checkering is really nice with just one handling flat spot on the grip. Stock has a brass medallion. Overall wood condition is 95% or better. The blue is excellent and would rate 96-97%. All the screw heads are in original condition with no damage. Gun locks up tight and shoots great with no mechanical issues. Great gun for sporting clays or hunting. Ships to FFL from individual, shipping $99.00 to lower 48 states. Payment Certified Bank Check.
