Description:
10 1/2 lb sidelock ejector rifle by Holland circa 1921. New sleeved chopper lump barrels with excellent fast twist bores, 375 Flanged so marked on both the barrels and the action. Hand detachable gold-washed intercepting sear locks, over-the-comb top tang, ejectors, leather covered pad. Checkering appears to have been recut and wood refinished, with a couple of discreet repairs to the forend. Bores are mint, barrels are correctly engraved but are are replacements (sleeved) and reproofed in Birmingham. 5 Leaf sight, folding moon sight with Redfield (USA) 2 3/4x widefield glass in Talley lever-release mounts. With period cleaning rod and accessories in a modern oak and leather case with H&H reproduction labels, paperwork, 5 boxes of Kynoch once fired brass, and regulation target for a 300 grain handload.
