The Blaser R8 Selous Rifle is a high-performance big game rifle in classy traditional style. This rifle features every technical advantage possible to aid in your successful African hunting trip.The unique receiver features Selous lettering in gold as well as a gold-plated trigger for extra class. A stainless steel cylinder filled with tungsten beads is inserted into the stock. The stock weight is increased as well as the balance of the gun. This kickstop reduces recoil by about 20%. The R8 Versatility is a class of its own. This interchangeable system offers calibers from .222 Rem. to .500 Jeffery. Flawless return-to-zero accuracy for both scope mount and barrel insure perfect shot placement. The trigger breaks like glass at 2lb and the straight pull action eliminates unnecessary movement insuring enough time for accurate shot placement. Dimensions are as follows, 14 1/2" L.O.P, 25 1/2" barrel and weighs in at 9lbs 7oz.
