Description:
Full custom G&H rifle built on a 64 (as in 1964 not pre-64) Win 70 action with 22" barrel, appropriate for the Jesse. 9 1/2 lbs with scope, dry. Banded front ramp w adjustable white bead, barrel band, and a pop-up ghost ring rear sight mounted on the rear receiver ring, no rear sight. Fine wrap checkering front and back, still sharp, comb is right for scope use but a tad high for the folding peep, at least for my face. NECG can supply a higher peep and the front sight can be adjusted if necessary. Alternatively we can make a custom spacer for $50 to bring the peep to whatever height you need. Weaver V4.5 steel tube scope in a G&H side mount. Custom features include shadow line cheekpiece, Ebony tip, steel grip cap, checkered bolt knob and jeweled bolt. LOP 14". Close to new condition, has certainly never been anywhere near a buffalo. Ideal all-round Africa rig.
