Transition Flintlock 62 cal. Made by Jerry Wetherbee - Stk #P-99-70
This .62 caliber Transition rifle has a browned swamped 1-3/16" to 7/8" to 1-1/16" x 38" Colerain barrel with 1:66 twist. This rifle is fitted with rear tang peep and fiber-optic front sights. No rust or pits are seen in the bore. The P+++ grade Maple stock is mounted with brass furniture, including a wooden sliding patch box. The stock is embellished with a nice border along the ramrod and very tasteful wood carving behind the tang, cheek piece and on both sides of the wrist. A Davis Early Colonial flint lock is activated by Davis double set triggers. Length of pull is 14", overall length is 53-1/2”, and weight is 8.2lbs.
