Here we have a solid 1894 SRC in a favorite caliber, .38-55. And better yet, it was made in 1895 so it ships to your door in most states. Bore is excellent. Walnut stock is very nice but has a "C" stamped in the rear of the buttstock. Action works as it should. Some freckling on the left side of the action. It's in amazingly nice shape for a rifle 127 years old. If it had a flaw it would be the Winchester sling attachment in the buttplate. If I were keeping the gun I would have it removed and the hole filled by a friend of mine who does very nice stock work. It would not be noticable. Oddly enough, I can't see where a front swivel was ever attached. I'm making this bigger than it is but I want to be up front. Shipping and insurance is $65 via priority mail.SOLD PENDING FUNDS
