Description:
Savage 99 Centennial Edition in .300 Savage. Introduced in 1995 this limited-edition Model 99 was limited to 1,000 rifles. It features a fixed front ramp sight and adjustable Williams rear sight. The left side of the barrel is marked " SAVAGE 99 CE CENTENNIAL EDITION CAL. 300 SAV." over the one-line address. The top of the receiver is drilled and tapped for scope blocks. The trigger and safety are gold washed. The barrel is blue while the remainder of the rifle is coin finish with a jeweled bolt and scroll engraved receiver with a gold inlayed mountain lion in a wooded scene on the right side and a gold inlayed elk in a wooded scene on the left side. Select American walnut checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with a Monte Carlo Comb, black plastic grip cap with the Savage logo, red rubber recoil pad and sling swivel studs. Complete with a nice walnut-stained presentation case with, Centennial plaque on the lid, polished brass hardware and padded hunter green velvet liner. .300 Savage
