Serial #97, all matching numbers including the wedge. All original & complete. Made in very early 1860. The rare revolver has nice metal, markings and edges. All of the metal on the gun has an even and natural dark patina throughout it. The Navy size brass backstrap & trigger guard are untouched and shows some spots of original silver on them All screws are nice. The original factory 1851 Navy grips are nice throughout with one small chip in the bottom front of the left side grip . The gun has an very good action and bore. This Is A Very Rare Example Of A Very Early Civil War Colt Model 1860 Percussion Army Revolver With A Factory Model 1851 Navy Backstrap, Trigger Guard, And Original Navy Grips That Was Made In Very Early 1860.
