U.S. Civil War 1863 Brass Kittridge & Co. Cartridge Box In Fine Untouched Condition. All original throughout. The box has fine markings on the top of the lid. It is marked "B. KITTREDGE & CO./PATENTED JAN. 27,1863 / REISSUED APL. 14,1863". The brass throughout the box has a wonderful mellow color to it and no damage to it. The scarce brass cartridge box was used during the civil war with the "Henry Rifle" and the "Kittridge Marked Frank Wesson" tip up civil war carbine. This Is A Fine Looking Untouched Example Of A Scarce Civil War Kittredge & Co. Brass Cartridge Box!
