For sale is a Savage model 99 chambered in 300 savage. This rifle is in very good overall condition. It has a nice mirror bore. The stock has no cracks and minimal dings for the age of the rifle, it was manufactured in 1946. The receiver has a large amount of the bluing worn off the barrel retains about 75% of it's bluing. Amazingly the lever has retained over 80% of it's case color. There is some staining of the stock and metal recoil pad on the left side of the stock. Has a brass cartridge counter. The stock on the right side has some nice figure towards the top and side.
