Description:
24 inch full octagon barrel chambered in 44 WCF caliber with a full length magazine tube. Original early sights. Thumb print dust cover. A fair bore. Original wood is in fairly good condition and has been lightly cleaned. Overall metal is generally good with sharp corners with just some traces of blue on the receiver as well as the barrel and mag with the balance brown/gray color. There is some light pitting the barrel most likely from poor storage. This gun features a SN just under 3,100. Not a bad old 1st Model 1873 Winchester.
