This is an excellent example of a DWM Navy Luger issued to the Imperial German Navy in 1917. It is all matching, has the proper "Crown M" navy proofs, and has an un-altered safety. It comes with an original navy magazine that is mismatched to the gun. The left grip panel is original and matching to the pistol, but the right panel is unmarked. They both show age and smoothing but no cracks or chips. One of only ~15,000 produced in 1917. Minor high edge wear on the muzzle and sideplate, and the bottom of the front strap. Strong, shiny bore with just a bit of frost/pinpricking in the grooves.
