Description:
This is a rare FN Browning Hi Power that was sold as part of a government contract order to Syria in the 1950s. It features the Hawk of Quraish on the right side of the slide, and the banner below it translates to "The Syrian Arab Republic". A portion of the slide legend also indicates this was sent to the Syrian Army. The gun was arsenal-refinished at some point, and does have some freckling on both sides of the slide. Has original WW2 era wood grips with minor handling wear. Has an unmarked WW2 era magazine (not shown), and a spare Megcar mag. Strong, clean bore. Import mag on underside of frame, behind mag well.
