This is ca. 1975 manufactured rifle that has no iron sights, and features both the integral scope bases and tang safety. The metal retains practically all of the original blue finish with no discernible fading or wear, and the bolt has only very minor marks under a thin coating of protective grease. The checkered walnut stock has virtually no wear or handling marks, and is outfitted with a red Ruger recoil pad. The rifle is housed in the original, numbered Ruger cardboard shipping box with manual (no rings), and is a practically new-in-box, early Model 77.
