Somewhat rarely encountered...not the often found junkie Stevens, poor cousin to the nicer Savage B or BS models, this early 410 double is an up market variation with ncely done factory hand checkered American Walnut stocks, and deep rich remaining case colors. This gun has seen little use and been well cared for. No cracks not splits or pitting or loss of blue. LOP to end of pad is 14" approx. Barrels are 26" solid matted rib and will shoot 2 1/2 or 3". Lever is slighlty left of center and the gun is so tight that it has truely not been broken in though it is well over 50 yrs old and is a C&R gun if your state allows it. Bores are perfect as well.
