WTS Colt Factory Gold Cup Midrange, in .38spl 1963

This is a scare, factory Colt 1911, in .38 spl, “Mid-Range.” Colt only made a few of these and they were intended for those shooters who didn’t want to shoot the S&W Model 52. I believe it was “legal,” at that time, for International Center-fire, although I don’t know if it still is.
The Colt serial number puts this pistol as manufactured in 1963. It doesn’t appear to be modified although I believe that the full length Bo-Mar rib and sights were put on later.
I took a lot of pictures and made sure that they clearly told everything about the pistol that I could think of. If I missed something let me know.
The pistol looks beautiful. I'd say that it’s a least 90% blue. The only blue wear is on the back-strap and grip-safety. There’s a bit of wear on the front-strap too. (Where you’d most expect it.)
When I acquired it, it came with 3 magazines, two of which are factory Colts. The 3rd is aftermarket but it WORKS.).
The pistol is in an after-market, Midway USA, canvas case of no consequence which I’ll include.
