The Grand Power K100 MK7 also features the unique locking mechanism, different from the mechanism found on other center fire guns. Gun contains a plastic frame with the MIL STD 1913 Picatinny rail that allows the user to attach different types of lights and laser sighting systems. It has simplified construction of the slide stop lever. The surface of all the metal parts of the gun was coated with the Tenifer treatment for harness and anti-corrosion resistance.
Ergonomics of the Grand Power K100 Mk7 grip and magazine were changed in order to improve the effectiveness of the gun after consulting with IPSC shooters. Further changes mainly affected the material of the barrel and surface coating with applied Tenifer treatment, construction of the firing pin and the length of the gun has been increased by 0.11”. The front part of the trigger guard has been straightened. The slide stop lever is made of a chrome-nickel hardened compressed steel. The magazine features 17 rounds capacity.
