Description:
This 12 gauge 1809 Harpers Ferry - 3 band musket has a tapered round 1-1/8" to 13/16" x 42" smooth bore barrel that has a grey colored patina. The P grade Walnut stock is mounted with steel furniture, including sling swivels. Stamped in the wood just behind the side plate is a cartouche bearing the name Harpers Ferry Arms Company. A large military style flint lock, with 1976 #420 inscribed on the plate, is activated by a single trigger. All metal parts, including the lock have a grey colored patina. Length of pull is 12-3/8". Good wood to metal fit - Made by Harpers Ferry Arms Co. Condition: Good. This items stock number is P-97-81, please use this number when referencing this item.
